You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will also cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from your refund, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please ensure to contact us first at (800) 288-9144 before sending the product back to us so that we can provide you with proper instructions, a return authorization number, and the correct return address. Note that we have several warehouses, so please refrain from shipping items directly to our business address listed on the website to ensure a smooth refund process. Failure to contact us before returning an item may result in additional shipping costs to redirect the item to the correct warehouse address.
Please note that returned items must be in resalable condition, meaning they are unused and in their original packaging. Return authorizations (RAs) are valid for up to 30 days.
If an item is returned in a non-resalable condition, it will not be accepted, and no credit memo will be issued. Examples of items not in resalable condition include torn or damaged packaging (including torn flaps or damaged corners on the box and ripped clamp packaging), inner plastic bags that are ripped open or missing, and scratches and marks on the item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, refunds are processed more quickly. This time period includes transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
